This is a Nike model watch face which has two versions, paid and free. I have recently developed a similar/same issue with my vivoactive 3. It keeps resetting to the stock Garmin faces and has he IQ with! Where the faces used to be in the menu. Anyone using a VA3 with the Crystal watch face? I've found today that when doing an activity the watch face vanishes and is replaced by one of the stock faces. You can reset Crystal as the face but swiping right from the activity. Seems like an issue with the latest software update. All of my Connect IQ downloaded watch faces show as 'IQ!' In the watch face selection menu and won't work. If I deinstall them, restart the watch and then reinstall, they will reappear and work for a few hours, but then they are disabled and the 'IQ!' Comes back without warning.
